Lunch making with Fe

Let's make some really healthy and delicious rolls/ wraps- or you can use whatever you like. To stick to anything it needs to be simple, delicious and easy to do. Without a doubt you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I wrote my list of ingredients (and I still forgot the beetroot) , however I managed to get the rest. So this video is just to show how easy and I know you know but it is easy and I have to admit so delicious.


On average we should be eating 2 pieces of fruit (or serving) a handful of grapes not a bag...and 5-7 servings of vegetables... and when I get to chat to people it's so not the case. Include lots of colour Hope you enjoy the video and here is what I made: Grain roll (Bakers Delight) Avocado Turkey Lettuce Carrot Cucumber Tomato Kewpie Mayo 50% less fat Wrap - Mission Low Carb & High Protein Egg Kewpie Mayo 50% less fat Cucumber Carrot Lettuce





These are just ideas for lunches such as: Any source of protein and cheese roll-ups with cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes Whole grain pita stuffed with hummus, shredded carrots and sliced cucumber Pasta salad with chicken, cherry tomatoes and steamed broccoli/ any source of vegetables Greek yogurt with berries and granola Any source of protein and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with apple slices Veggie wrap with avocado, black beans and cheese Hard boiled eggs with whole grain crackers and grapes Tuna salad with whole grain crackers and baby carrots Chicken and vegetable stir-fry with brown rice Stay tuned for the next video....
