GROUP FITNESS/ BOOTCAMP
JUNIOR BOOTCAMP
1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training. Each session is designed around your goals. We work in 12 Week blocks. Sessions can be weekly or Bi - Weekly spending on your goals. At home/gym programs supplied for those in between work-outs.
Join our Group Fitness classes, for levels of fitness aged 16 and over. Sessions are every Monday 6.30pm, Tuesday 6.30pm, Wednesday 6.30pm (Horsley Cres Playground, Thursday 6.30pm (Laurimar Community Centre) , Saturday 8am and Sunday 9am.
Each session is held at Hilltop Park Doreen except Thursday night which will be held in doors at Laurimar Community Centre & Wednesday night at Horsley Crescent Playground.
For ages 8-16 - your Junior will learn about basic exercises, tips on nutrition, sport focused training and of course a WHOLE lot of FUN!
