1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training. Each session is designed around your goals. We work in 12 Week blocks. Sessions can be weekly or Bi - Weekly spending on your goals. At home/gym programs supplied for those in between work-outs.
Join our Group Fitness classes, for levels of fitness aged 16 and over. Sessions are every Monday 6.30pm, (Horsley Cres Playground) Tuesday 6.30pm (Collingrove Playground), Thursday 6.30pm (Laurimar Community Centre) , Saturday 8am (Horsley Cres Playground) and Sunday 9am (Collingrove Playground),.

Choose from either MACRO & Calorie breakdown or a weekly meal plan delivered to your phone. Tailored to your requirements: food intolerances, MACROS, food preferences.
