My goal this year was to offer more classes (days and times) to suit as I had extra help (Our new Trainer Mez).. but it seems the times we offered didn’t work out.
So I am going to stick to the ‘ol faithful times of 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & POTENTIALLY Friday 6.30pm (there is a poll in the group here) as well as maybe 9.15am Wednesday…
All bookings are essential through our booking system -

Please either accept or cancel your booking when you receive the reminder text the day before.
