What 'nutritional' habits would you change?

Sometimes it's 'hard' to 'diet' because the thought of eating steamed broccoli and plain chicken bores the sh!t out of you!

Well, here's an idea. Don't 'diet', let's just change a few things and see what happens ...

- the biscuit at night with your cuppa

- the glass of wine at night when you get home

- the sugar in your tea/coffee

- less junk food

- snacking on sugary foods
