Upgrade and Save....

As a PT and your Coach I want to provide as much as I can for you so you can reach the result you want.


For me, this comes in the form of Training and Nutrition. They both go hand in hand to achieve results.

You can get stronger in the gym, but you build muscle by fuelling them in the kitchen.

You can get fitter at Bootcamp, but you can fuel your body in the kitchen to last longer and perform to the best of your ability.

You can walk and train, but you the biggest impact is the food choices you make in the kitchen.


So, as my valued and fabulous clients I have done a little research and a little testing on some guinea pigs (no one was harmed in this process) to offer you the following:


  1. Individualised MACRO's - Via TRAINERIZE - $20 Per week as a Direct Debit

Online check ins weekly & you being the decider of food, working via the If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). All tracking will need to be done on the app:

- log all food (daily) (no MY fitnesspal required)

- recording body measurements including weight (Weekly)

- hints & tips on how to improve food choices

- MACRO guide



2. Individualised MACRO'S Including MEAL PLANS & Recipes - Via TRAINERIZE - $25 Per week as a Direct Debit

I have upgraded the app to include meal plans - this comes with a host of ideas: full menu for up to 3 days - broken into breakfast, lunch and dinner (snacks too)

- logging all food (daily)

- recording body measurements including weight (Weekly)

- hints & tips on how to improve food choices - but you have LODAS of recipe

- MACRO guide

- Various dietary requirememts available

- Ability to use the meal plan provided or make adjustments to suit you.
