No doubt we’ve all felt this at some point…
Sleep in or get up and the day started … which was a run
I‘d had a terrible night sleep and the last thing I wanted to do was go for a run. I know I’d struggle and feel like shit so why bother?
Well for the next 6 hours I’d be driving so not moving & did I really need to run? No, I just needed to MOVE & I wanted to listen to my Audible 🤗
So I still got up, I just changed the run for a walk 🤷🏼♀️ .
To me when I don’t get good sleep my body is already under a ‘stress’ & I know that when I feel like this I can’t function or show up 100% - so with out putting more stress on myself mentally and physically a walk with my headphones on suites me just fine.
So when you feel you can’t do 100% just change it up and do something more enjoyable for you.
