Last night I had the pleasure of talking to Diamond Creek Women's Football Club about Nutrition, Sleep and Hydration so the players deliver their best performance on Game Day.. and hopefully everyday!
It's simple.. get a "good" nights sleep, fuel your body with nutritious, energy dense foods and hydrate!
