HAPPY SUNDAY!!!
I can’t believe we are nearly at the end of 2023, for me that means 4 years of Tone It Up (Melbourne based!)
So this is just a massive THANK YOU to you all for coming today and joining in with egg throwing, sack race and of course the egg & spoon race.
Your gifts this year were centred around taking then out for you… whether it be a quiet bath or a cuppa in peace. If I have learnt anything this year, is the importance to fill your own cup & take time for you.
If you couldn’t make it, there will be one next year too, but in the mean time here’s a quick little video of our morning!
