Our 3rd Christmas Party! What a great 3 years....
What a morning! Bacon & eggs cooked by Matt & Neil, getting to see everyone mingle and have a laugh.
I also had the pleasure in announcing our newest instructor for 2023- MERRIN. We will be adding a few extra sessions next year to ensure YOU have access to our great community - and to get stronger & fitter.
Without going on too much, I am just truely grateful for everyone that has attended a Bootcamp or PT session with me and making my day x
