Bring on 2022

Oh we are so close to the end of the year ... only a week left of classes.

Our last class for the year is METAFIT Friday 24th December. We then pack up the camper and head to Sydney & Bright for our annual holiday....We will be back 17th January 2022

2022 I am introducing Junior Bootcamp - starting Term 1 2nd February

Over the past (nearly) two years we have seen our kids become less active, more isolated, not utilising hand eye co-ordination, way too much screen time which not only creates inability to socialise and poor posture - the have lost their time to be KIDS! I see this in our kids and how I crave them to move and get outside & be KID & have fun!

Sessions for kids ages 8- 12 & 13- 16. Groups will be capped at 10 students and classes will run for 45 mins. Sessions will be run during school terms only.

From lack of exercise to lack of motivation, online gaming to minimal school resources, there are several reasons why today’s kids have fallen behind the curve when it comes to staying active

Small Group Training

This is new to Tone It Up for 2022. It Is you and 2 or 3 of your friends training together. You may all have individual goals, but you can all train together at our new HQ. If you are interested then please contact me via email :
