2022 Timetable

For all Small Group Fitness (1-4 ppl) and Personal Training 1:1 & 2:1 available - please contact me directly.

Each class is designed with the participant in mind. Workouts can be scaled up or down depending on YOUR fitness level. Variety is also the spice of life!

Tone It Up's goal is to get you moving & to enjoy working out.

CANCELLATIONS- Personal Training & Bootcamp: YOU MUST CANCEL CLASS 6HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED THAT CLASS. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period. You may cancel class through our online system or by calling Fiona (0411 624 546) directly.

All classes resume Week Commencing 17th January , except Junior Bootcamp which operates during School Terms only.
